🥄 How to Take Yi-Ker

For First-Time Users:

• Take 1 capsule after a meal on your first day.

For Daily Use:

• Normal Formula: 1 capsule 15–30 minutes before breakfast
• Accelerated Formula: 2 capsules 15–30 minutes before breakfast
  (You can switch to the accelerated formula after 3 days if you feel fine.)
